Bareilly, the accused in the double murder case shot the youth of the deceased’s family in a fit of enmity after coming out of jail on bail. The injured has been admitted to the hospital. Police has registered an FIR against all three.
The young man had gone to the farm to take fodder
Abhishek Trivedi, a resident of Nagirpur Akhaula of Bisalpur Kotwali area, told that on February 26, 2009, his father Bhagwan Shankar and uncle Harishankar were killed by three people from the village. All the three accused had come out of jail only a few months back. Due to the double murder, there is enmity between the two families. In this enmity, on Thursday, the accused surrounded Abhishek’s brother Anuj (18), who had gone to the farm to collect fodder, and shot him with a pistol. The bullet hit Anuj on the chest and he fell down bleeding. The family members arrived after getting information from the people working in the nearby fields. He admitted Anuj to the Community Health Center.
Police looking for attackers
On information, CO Satish Shukla and Kotwal Ashok Pal reached CHC and inquired about the incident from Anuj. After first aid at the health center, Anuj was referred to the district hospital. Kotwal Ashok Pal told that on the Tahrir of Abhishek, a nominated report has been registered for the murderous attack against Rameshchandra, Kushlesh and Shivnes of the village itself. Shivnesh and Kushlesh are real brothers. Police is looking for the attackers.
