Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher starrer film Ghoomar could earn only Rs 85 lakh at the box-office on the first day of its release. However, amidst the craze of Gadar 2, OMG and Jailer, the film has received a good response.
Ghoomar is a sports drama film directed by R Balki. Saiyami Kher is playing the role of a cricketer in the film while Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of a coach. Saiyami loses her arm in a road accident just before her international debut match in the film. Saiyami’s life changes after meeting the coach. The film opened to critical acclaim.
