Addressing the program organized on this occasion, Birla said that by making farmers, laborers, youth and women capable and self-reliant, we are committed to the all-round development of the region.

Addressing the program organized at the Krishi Upaj Mandi complex after laying the Bhoomi Poojan and foundation stone of the Sports Complex to be built on Jhotoli Road in Sultanpur, Speaker Birla said that the people of the area had been demanding sports facilities for years. Through the Kota-Bundi Sports Festival, we have brought rural sports talents to the fore and are now getting a sports complex constructed to provide them opportunities to move forward.

He said that we want to improve the lives of the villagers by developing all the sectors including education, health, skills, basic amenities. An action plan is being worked out for this. Among the development works for which the foundation stone has been laid, there will be construction of classrooms in schools, development of playgrounds, construction of roads, construction of community buildings, development of Muktidham and many other works. It will affect every part of rural life.

Birla said that proper arrangements will be made for education in villages, computer labs will be constructed at panchayat level. We want to develop skills in youth, connect women to the production sector through self-help groups.

When youth and women will join self-employment, then along with their home and society, the state will also make economic progress. Farmers will be given animal husbandry credit cards for doing animal husbandry along with farming. No person from rural area will be allowed to be deprived of treatment due to lack of funds. Kota, Jaipur, Delhi will get them treated wherever possible.

Expressway will strengthen rural economy
Speaker Birla said that the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will bring economic prosperity in the rural areas of Kota. The farmer here will be able to reach Delhi in four hours and sell his produce there at a higher profit. The survey of Digod-Sheopur rail line has started, after the completion of this line, villagers will get direct rail connectivity to big cities.

Sports complex will be built in less than a year
The construction work of the sports complex to be built in Sultanpur will be completed in one year. The sports complex will have facilities for playing badminton, basketball, kho-kho, table tennis and volleyball. Speaker Birla said that sports facilities will be further expanded here in the near future. A playground will also be constructed here.

Addressing the program, former MLA Heera Lal Nagar said that leaders often go away after going to Delhi. But Lok Sabha Speaker Birla has brought Delhi closer to us by building the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
