Farmer leader addressing Kisan Maharally
Amethi. On behalf of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, a big rally has been organized in Lucknow on the coming 25th September regarding the various problems of the farmers. On Sunday, the state in-charge held a meeting with the office bearers and workers of the organization and discussed the preparations.
A meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Bharatiya Kisan Union District President Harish Singh alias Chunnu on Sunday at the Kisan Marriage Lawn complex located near the police lines of the city. State in-charge of the organization Ashu Chaudhary, who was present as the chief guest in the meeting, said that on September 25, a big rally is being organized in Lucknow regarding the problems of the farmers.
In order to make the movement successful, the farmers will have to unite and raise their voice by participating in the rally. Mandal President Krishna Pal Verma said that today the farmers are worried. While they are not getting the right price for their produce, there is exploitation at the tehsil, block and district level. Raised other problems including arbitrariness of accountants and officers in tehsils.
He appealed to the present office bearers and workers to make the rally a success. Mangruram Saroj, Rupa Devi, Ayodhya Prasad Shukla, Jitendra Singh, Ramfer, Sonu Pandey, Rajesh Singh etc were present on this occasion.
