Today, a major review meeting was organized under the chairmanship of S.P. Vashishtha, Executive Director, National Mission on Clean Ganga, Government of India in connection with the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in the Golden Jubilee Auditorium located at Vikas Bhawan. The nodal officer said that during the Bharat Sankalp Yatra, the Health Department Free health check-ups will be conducted through camps and stalls related to pension and other welfare schemes will be set up by the Social Welfare Department and along with organizing cultural programs, people should be made aware through street plays etc. He said that during the Sankalp Yatra, Prabhat Pheri will be taken out by the school children of the Education Department and NIPUN Utsav will be organized along with quiz competitions and the parents of NIPUN children should be honoured. Emphasis should be laid on the functionality of individual toilets and community toilets. New members should be made by the Cooperative Department. Nano urea should be widely disseminated. Baby shower and food distribution programs should be organized by the Women and Child Welfare Department. People should be communicated about Kanya Sumangala Yojana etc. Entrepreneurs and businessmen who have received loans from banks for employment-related schemes should be honoured. The nodal officer said that people should be made aware about online financial frauds and eKYC work should be done at the venue. Vaccination should be done in the village by the Animal Husbandry Department. Schemes related to animal husbandry should be publicized. The supply department should communicate with Antyodaya and eligible household card holders. New eligible beneficiaries should be registered under the Ujjwala scheme. Mission Shakti’s stall should be set up at the venue and women should be made aware of their rights. All committees should ensure discharge of their responsibilities. Reserve officers should be kept for the responsibilities. Upload important photos and videos of the program on the portal. Nodal officers should themselves be present in some programs. Proper security arrangements should be made. A big place should be selected for the program. Public representatives should be invited to the program. The District Magistrate said that complete compliance of the government order is being ensured in the district. Committees have been formed for every work from district level to village level. District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh, Superintendent of Police KC Goswami, Chief Development Officer Soumya Gururani, Additional District Magistrate Priyanka Singh, City Magistrate Prashant Tiwari, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar and all district level officers etc. were present in the review meeting.
