Admissions will run in minority institutions from 25th to 27th November

Jhansi. Bundelkhand University has extended the date of direct admission in B.Ed for the second time. Now admissions in colleges will be possible till 23rd November. Whereas, admissions in minority institutions will run from 25th to 27th November. The date of direct admission in B.Ed course session 2023-25 was fixed from November 2 to 11. After this the date of admission was extended to 20th November. BU Registrar Vinay Kumar Singh said that the date of direct admission for admission in B.Ed colleges of the state has now been extended till October 23 by the Core Committee. It has been decided to grant admission to seats under the fixed quota in minority institutions from 25th to 27th November.
1.37 lakh admissions have been done so far
So far, 1.37 lakh admissions have been done in B.Ed colleges of the state. Till pool counselling, there was no inclination towards admission in B.Ed. But after the start of direct admission, the admission graph started increasing. About 89 thousand students have taken admission during direct admission. Still, 1.16 lakh B.Ed seats are lying vacant in the colleges of the state.
