Palamu, November 21 (HS). On Tuesday, Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan held a meeting with all the BDO-COs in virtual mode from the Collectorate Hall regarding the program ‘Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar’. Other district level officials remained associated with the meeting room.

The Deputy Commissioner discussed about the camp to be organized in the Panchayat under the Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapki Dwar program from 24th November. First of all took information from Deputy Commissioner Manatu CO about the preparations made so far for the camp. He instructed all BDOs to benefit as many deserving people as possible in the camp. Instructions were given to ensure wide publicity of the camps.

He said that a total of 14 stalls related to various schemes will be set up in all the camps. A registration counter and a stage will also be set up there. In order to ensure better coordination between the block and the district in the camps organized in Panchayats, the Deputy Commissioner has deputed different officers and personnel for all the 21 blocks.

The Deputy Commissioner said that 5 Panchayats and 3 BDOs who have performed excellently will be honored on January 26 next year. He said that for the success of this program, a one-day workshop has also been organized for all BDOs and their computer operators on 22nd November.
