Live Hindi news (Health Tips) :- Material- Oats, semolina, curd, mustard for seasoning, cumin, asafoetida, green chillies, black pepper, bay leaves, lentils and gram, finely chopped ginger.

Method – Heat the pan and add one spoon oil. After adding half spoon mustard seeds, cumin seeds, a pinch of ground black pepper and asafoetida, add one spoon lentil-gram dal, some chopped green chillies, grated ginger and chopped curry leaves. After this add pre-ground oats and mix. When it turns light brown, add half a cup of semolina. After it is cooked, take out this mixture in a bowl and mix it with half a cup of curd, salt as per taste and finely chopped green coriander. Add some sweet soda and water so much that the solution is neither too thick nor thin. Now cook it in the idli mold for 30 minutes and serve it hot.
