On Monday, the meeting of farmer organizations with Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Arjun Munda in Chandigarh lasted for five and a half hours but the result was zero. Farmers say that their Delhi march will continue. Farmers are not ready to compromise with MSP at any cost. Farmers say that the government is not serious about their demands.

The matter reached the High Court
The matter of farmers’ movement has now reached the Punjab and Haryana High Court. An application has been filed in the High Court regarding closure of the border. Hearing may take place today. Haryana administration is on alert regarding farmers’ march to Delhi. The border has been sealed by barricading. Routes have also been diverted. Mock drinking is being done on the border. So that the situation can be reached. Internet services have been stopped in many districts of Haryana.

Farmers have approached the court against this decision of the Haryana government. A lawyer named Uday Pratap Singh has filed an application in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Haryana and Punjab along with the Central Government have also been made parties in this petition. In the petition, he has appealed for instructions to stop all actions taken against the farmers’ protest.

It was said in the petition that the rights of farmers are being violated and common people are also being harassed. The petition can be heard in the High Court today.
